About Foodyvo
Foodyvo is a global hub for local food voices — a place to discover restaurants, cafés, bars, bakeries, food trucks, and street food spots through menus, reviews, photos, and food stories.
Accounts and Eligibility
You may need an account to post reviews, photos, or manage a brand page. You’re responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activity on your account.
Food Brand Pages
Each Foodyvo brand page represents one unique physical food place. You agree to keep your brand information accurate and up to date, including name, address, hours, menu, and photos.
- One brand page per physical location.
- Real business info — no fictional or duplicate listings.
- You retain ownership of your content; you grant Foodyvo a license to display it.
User Reviews and Community Content
Reviews, photos, and stories must reflect genuine experiences. You must own or have permission to share any content you upload. Foodyvo may remove content that violates these terms or our community guidelines.
Prohibited Activities
- Posting fake, paid, or coordinated reviews.
- Harassment, hateful conduct, or threats toward other users, staff, or owners.
- Scraping, reverse-engineering, or attempting to disrupt the service.
- Using Foodyvo for illegal purposes or to violate someone else’s rights.
Intellectual Property
Foodyvo, the Foodyvo logo, and the platform’s design are owned by us. You retain ownership of your own content and grant Foodyvo a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute it as part of the platform.
Third-Party Links
Foodyvo may link to third-party websites or services. We don’t control those, and we’re not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.
Disclaimers
The platform is provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee that menus, hours, or business details are always current — we rely on brand owners and the community to keep them accurate.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by law, Foodyvo isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limitations, so they may not fully apply to you.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. When we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you in-app or via email.
