User Content
Reviews, photos, captions, and stories you publish are visible to the community. You retain ownership of your content. By posting, you grant Foodyvo a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content as part of the platform.
Food Brand Information
Each Foodyvo brand page represents one unique physical address. Information about the brand (name, address, hours, menu, photos) is intended to be public and helpful to diners. Brand owners are responsible for keeping this information accurate.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with service providers who help us operate Foodyvo (hosting, analytics, support), with food brands to fulfill page features you opt into, and when required by law.
Data Protection & Retention
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, access controls, regular reviews) to protect your information. We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide the service and meet legal obligations.
